Why Eligent exists
Checking a patient’s insurance usually means signing in to one insurer’s website after another, each with its own layout and its own way of describing the same benefits. It eats the morning, and it is easy to miss the one line that matters, like an authorization that is about to run out.
Eligent puts those checks in one place and gives one clear answer, laid out the same way whatever the insurer. When an answer needs a person, it goes on a shared list instead of a sticky note.
