For IT companies

Eligent fits the way you already look after your clinics.

Run Eligent on a server you manage for the clinic, or let Eligent host it. Either way, staff sign in with the Microsoft work accounts you already look after.

Two ways to run Eligent

Option 1

On a server your IT company manages

  • Eligent runs on a server you already look after for the clinic.
  • Patient information stays on equipment you control.
  • Fits into your existing backup and maintenance routine.

Option 2

Hosted by Eligent

  • No server for the clinic to buy or look after.
  • Eligent runs and maintains the server side.
  • You still install the desktop app and manage the clinic’s computers.

Everyone signs in with their own Microsoft work account.

No shared front-desk logins and no extra passwords to manage. Staff use the same work account they already use for email, and you control access in the place you already manage it.

What your IT company does

A short, familiar list. Most of it is work you already do for the clinic’s other systems.

  1. Choose where Eligent runs. On a server you manage, or hosted by Eligent.
  2. Connect sign-in to the clinic’s Microsoft work accounts. One-time setup.
  3. Install Eligent on staff Windows computers. Front desk, billing and the office manager.
  4. Keep track of the computers. Each one registers the first time someone signs in on it, and can be removed at any time.
  5. Give each person a role. So everyone sees only what their job needs.
  6. Set the screen lock. Use Eligent’s automatic lock or the clinic’s own policy.
